SAMUEL JUDSON KIMBERLING
Of 621 West Fifteenth street, Tyrone, died at 5:15 o’clock this morning at Philipsburg State hospital of a heart ailment.He was born June 8, 1884, a son of Henry and Matilda (Snyder) Kimberling of Pinecroft, and was twice married, first to Laura Blanche Kaufman, who died Dec. 10, 1929, and later to Margaret I. Boughamer.Mr. Kimberling was a member of the Columbia Avenue Methodist church and the Blazing Arrow Hook and Ladder company.He was a retired employe of the West Virginia Pulp & Paper company.Surviving are his wife and the following children to his first marriage: Mrs. James Shultz of Tyrone, Mrs. Walter Graffius of Baltimore, Md., Francis Kimberling of Tyrone, Mrs. Ambrose Miller of Tipton, Mrs. Harry Troxel of Baltimore, Md., and Mrs. Robert Phillips of Bellwood; these children to the second marriage: Samuel, jr., Robert, Philip, Ruth, Frank and Mary Jane, all of Tyrone, 21 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.Friends will be received at the Glass funeral home Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 2 to 4 o’clock and 7 to 9 p.m.
