I do not know if you are still interested in your enquiry about Emily FULCHER SIMPER. Ann NIGHTINGALE, born 16 January 1800, married Henry SIMPER, born about 1800 in Fovant, on 10 June 1822 in Fovant, Wiltshire. They had 10 children, including Emily born 25 February 1833. However, Emily married William JUKES, a policeman, on 20 November 1860 not FULCHER. William lived until 1900. Her eldest sister Elizabeth Simper, born 10 February 1823, did marry Robert FUTCHER, a widower and a farmer, on 19 June 1851. No doubt, this Robert may be the connection for which you are looking. It is possible he should be a FULCHER and not a FUTCHER in my records. (The marriage certificate definitely has Robert as a FUTCHER).
