SLADDEN FAMILY TREE

A french speaking branch of Sladden resides in Belgium since around mid 18st century. We are about 12 families.
The elements of the Sladden name are derived from Old English Sloh (= slough) and Denu (= valley). Thanks to Mark Oliver Sladden from England: "The SLADDEN family tree has been traced back to Henry Sloden of Lyminge, Kent, England who was born about 1390.The name has several different spellings since the original name of SLODEN including SLADDEN, SLADEN, SLADDIN and SLAYDEN.".
