Clinton,
I have copies of the 1860 Kemper Co census and the 1880 Yazoo Co census. Z.T. Slaton you show in the 1860 census is D.L. Slaton. The copy of the 1880 Yazoo shows that the your H.T. Slaton is Z.T. Slaton. In my ownopinion, E.M. Slaton is Daniel's son.In 1880 his wife Alsey was counted with her mother (Pharaba Brown) in Kemper county. She had their 2 year old son, John with her.I believe E.M. is their 1 year old son that stayed with Daniel.E.M. is listed as Sarah's grandson. It is possible that Alsey was just visiting in Kemper County when the census was taken.
