My grandfather was Issac Slaven from Jamestown,TN. He had sons Lacy,Noah, L.G., Harlan. and Kenny, daughters Judy, Christine, Helen, and Wilma. I didn't grow up with this family, but I have contact. I have heard of R.C. but do not know connection. Will try to find out more.
