I don't know what time period you have in mind but in the 1870 census there is a Mary Solomon listed married to a William D. Solomon.Mary lists her birthplace as Virginia along with her mother and Ireland as her fathers place of birth. They moved from Golden Pond to Salem, Dent Co. Misouri in the 1870's.Hope this helps!
