Hi Kim,
There are no URLs for this -- it is only available on microfilm from an LDS (Mormon) Family History Library. The rolls are around $3.75 to send for and stay in the library for about 6 weeks. You can pay another $6 and make them permanent.
The roll numbers you need for the 1767-1773 census are: 1529852, 1529854, 1529856 and 1529858. There is also a 1715-1720 census. These are on two rolls: 1529559 and 1506120.
Here is a small extract from one to show you what they contain:
Feudal Land Tenancy Census Records of Hungary (Ui-beri Tabellak, 1767-1773)
A document that defines the goods and services that a serf was obligated to give to the feudal lord. Includes names of landowners and serfs. Arranged by counties, and within the counties by villages in alphabetical order. Years included 1723-1848. Some areas of the old historical Hungary are now in Slovakia, Romania, Ukraine and Poland.
