Staggs of Wayne Co. Tn

Does anyone have the names Felix, John Bell or Thomas Staggs in their family history? John Bell was in Wayne Co Tn in the 1850 census but Felix was in Ar. in 1860 census. In 1850 census Felix was in McNairy Co. Tn. with family, mother Mary and sister Mary. Sister Mary married a John Holt and they were in Ms in about 1860, but I'm guessing there were other sisters and maybe brothers who stayed in Tn. Thanks
