Philip and Horace Staggs Lodi 1946

I am searching for Horace Staggs.I believe his father was Philip Staggs.I belive they are relatives of mine.I think Philip lived in Lodi, CA around 1946 with his children, one of which was Horace.I have tried this search before with little luck but I now believe Philip was the father of Horace, and Lodi was where they may have been living at the time.I think Philip's wife was in Sacramento during that time for reasons I don't yet know.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.I believe I am related to Horace and Philip.
