Re: Mit STAGGS b. 12 May 1894 in Nixon, Gonzales Co., TX

I am tracing the Staggs line to find information on my husbands great great grandmother Mary Ann Staggs B. 15 Dec 1819.She married Henry C. Caraway.Her parents are supossed to be John Staggs and Mary Riley. I can't find these people.
I did however find your relatives.I also found the 1880 Census and one for 1850.That one shows them in Northern Division, DeSoto, Mississippi.Meridith, Frances and William C. age 2. I also found Wife of Edward W. was Margaret J. Skinner they married 25 Oct 1882.Nannie married H. Branch Hobbs 29 Dec 1885, she passed 1892.I hope some of this helps.Mary Ann Staggs was born in Pickens Co., AL.
