Looking for COAT OF ARMS of STAGGS

I am presently looking for anyone who might have a family crest or Coat of Arms for the Staggs surname.I've never fully discovered the meaning to my last name and i'm curious as to standing for a deer or rooster.I've been told from family members that it is of Welshian decent and have another story told that it is of IRISH decent... Can anyone help me get out of being so perplexed?
