Info on George B. Staggs, wife Susan, Maury Co. TN

I'm looking for information on the following person who shows up on the 1890 Civil War Veterans Census for Maury County TN:

George B. Staggs
wife Susan
Sgt. Co. H TN
Pension #159232

I'm looking to see if Samuel S. Staggs (1842-1919) who joined Co. H, 43 TN Infantry / CSA (Gillespie's Regt.) on 16 Nov. 1861 is related. This Samuel Staggs married Mary Jane Flippo on 16 Oct. 1870.He's my GGF through my father's maternal line.

Any info would be appreciated.
