To what do the numbers 1792 - 1885 at the beginning of your message refer?Do you know specifically where in New York they went?Do you mean they went to New York in 1792, when Elizabeth remarried?

The Aaron Stark family of Groton, New London, CT, has Deborah STARK, b. 21 Je. 1743, Norwich, who m. Je. 1766, Torrington, Timothy SOPER.Deborah was dau/o Ichabod STARK, b. 22 May 1713, who m. 14 May 1741, [recorded at Wallingford & Norwich-Bozrah?] Mehitable HOUGH, b. 15 Aug. 1714. Ichabod was s/o Stephen STARK, b. 1685, who m. 13/16? Feb. 1708, Hannah [GALLUP] CULVER.

The 1790 Census, Manchester, Bennington Co., VT, has heads of household, SOPER:

Elizabeth, 0-2-6, (no males 16+, two males under 16, & six females)
Moses, 2-0-2
Stephen, 3-1-4
Stephen, 1-0-1
Thomas, 1-0-5
Timothy, 1-0-4.

My line of Moses STARK (of Wm., Wm., Aaron) was of Lyme,
Grafton, NH, which is near the Vermont line, but I don't think any of his sons went to Vermont.
