Starks Descendant

My grandfather is Frederick Chamberlain Starks. My grandmother is Ruby Evelyn Dines. They had 3 children, Arlene, Don (my dad) and Linda. Fred retired from the military......He's pretty tight-lipped about his family. Any help would be appreciated! The only other thing I know is that his mother's name was Hattie Lorena Starks and he had a brother named Edward, a brother named Leonard and a sister named Elizabeth.
