Joseph Starkey's parents were William and Elizabeth Webb of Franklin Co., Virginia.William was probably the son of Joshua Starkey of Bedford and Franklin Counties of Virginia.Do not have definite proof but all evidence so far proofs this.William and Elizabeth Starkey had at least the following children:Joseph, William, Jr. Samuel, Sarah Ann, and Joshua I am sure there were more children, but can only proof those.
