Joseph C. Starr - born abt 1826

I'm looking for information on the parents of Joseph Calvin Starr b. abt 1826 in OH (maybe Highland Co.) d. Dec. 27, 1897 in Jay County, IN.He was married on Nov 1, 1854 in Clinton County, OH to Louisa Haines.
The 1880 Census records shows that Joseph's parent were born in Virginia and his birthyear as 1827.
