Hello Courtney,
Unfortunately I can not give you your answer. I have been researching this family for a great number of years now. This family and my own are related. Another cousin on the boards, Hal St. Aubin does descend from your line. Together with another St. Aubin family member, Hal and I have found our St. Aubin lineage back to the original Quebec settler, Adrien St. Aubin of Dieppe, France. We discovered this information through a DNA project, comparing with a St. Aubin of known descent.
I have found the lineage of Roseanna Marker, also known as (Cascagnette) (Caskagnetta) (Kasca). This through baptismal and marriage records.
I would very much like having a copy of your letter, would you be willing to scan and e-mail a copy? Every little clue in this research opens up new avenues to finding the answer.
I would also enjoy sharing much more info that I have acquired through the years. Please feel free to e-mail me at [email protected]
What I can do, is to send you a gedcom file of what I have compiled.
Regards,
Tom St. Aubin
