Looking for Glenn Stover Sr, OH/AL/GA?

My father-in-law (FIL) never knew his father and I'm trying to find some information on his side of the family. From what my FIL knows, his dad's name is Glenn Stover Sr and he was born in Ohio. (This information is stated on my FIL's birth certificate.) His mother's name listed on the birth certificate is Evelyn Thames, born in Alabama. My FIL is from Georgia so we suspect his father was in GA or AL in 1967, which is the year before my FIL was born.
