Lillian and Josephine Stover

PLEASE HELP!!!!

Trying to find the info on my two aunts: Lillin Stover born in 1897, 3rd of May in Kansas City, Wyandotte, Ks, died in 1907 of scarlett fever, at the age of 9 (Kansas City, Kansas) and Josephine Stover born on May 26, 1906 Kansas City, Ks. and died in 1928 in Kansas City, Ks of ruptured appendix at the age of 22. There parents were James R. and Nora Stover. I would love to have their birth certicates, marriages records and obit. Thanks for any help.
