I am a granddaughter of Bertha Edna Stracner.Her father was Henry Jordan Stracner 1859-1896.His father was John R. Stracner b. 1835 in St. Claire, AL.John's father was Jonathan 1814-1887 who was a brother to your Hiram Michael Stracner.I haven't been searching the family long, because Bertha's father died before she was one year old and her mother died by the time she was 5 and she was adopted, so I thought it would be a hard line to trace, but I have had a lot of help from a lady in Ark and have founda lot of it on Ancestry.Com.
