PA , of one part ... sold to ... Henry Bowman of Towamensing Twp. aforesaid of the other part ... a certain tract of land in Towamensing Twp. ... which was surveyed by virtue of a warrant granted ... unto Andreas Strohl ... 1 Mar 1753 ...said Andreas Strohl died intestate and leaving four heirs namely Henry Strohl and Daniel Strohl and Peter Strohl and Nicholas Strohl ... and said Daniel Strohl and Peter Strohl and Nicholas Strohl ... sold their share and part of the aforesaid tract of land to the said Henry Strohl ... and the said Henry Strohl died intestate and leaving Mary his wife, now the wife of the aforesaid William Beltz and three children, namely Magdalena, wife of Conrad Weytzel and Nicholas Strohl and Catharina ....recorded 13Apr 1801
