Thanks for your post mentioning the Nicholite Quakers, they're fascinating.
I have orthodox Quaker ancestors, but hadn't heard of Nicholites until recently. Some in my family suggest our Sullivans in NC may have been Nicholites, but IDK. IF you have any more info. on the ones in and around Rowan Co, NC that you would share it would be greatly appreciated.
My Uriah Sullivan was b. bet. 1792-5, Rowan Co, NC.
He fought in the War of 1812, recd. bounty land in 1817, but sold it and moved to TN after the war. He mar. in Williamson Co, TN, Dec. of 1819.
Uriah's father may have been either John or Daniel, but we don't know for sure yet. There are so many with that name.
