Adam Buchner/ Elisa Sutz marriage NY1856

I have the original marriage document of Adam Buchner to Elisa Sutz on March 16, 1856 in NY.They were both 28 years of age at the time of their marriage. Adam was a basketmaker and a native of Saxe,Coburg. Elisa was a native of Hadt Zeil, Bavaria. I also have another old paper that says "Mortgage" on the front.It is dated July 10, 1877 and says that Adam Buchner owed $1000.00 to George and Elisabethe Forkel(formerly Buchner).Does anyone know who this family is?I have these original old papers (saved through the years by a now deceased Aunt) and have no idea how I am related to these people ! Any help or information would be appreciated. Thanks !
