Re: Bridget Fulton, Bridget Swope, Broad Top PA 1855

Bridget Lavell/Lavelle Fulton was my great-great grandmother. She married Irvin Fulton ca. 1882 (who was also from Broad Top) and had at least 2 children with him, John and William. My mother said her grandfather (John) wouldn't talk about his mother because she had left the family in disgrace and gone to live elsewhere. I believe she went to live with John Swope and had several children by him although in the 1900 census Irvin replies that has been married for 18 years even though there is no wife listed in the household.
