Tag = Sharp

Please let me know if there is anyone interested in Tagg's from Bonhill, Alexandria, Scotland. My 3rd Great Grandfather was James Tag born about 1815. It's interesting to note that as the name Tag or Tagg developed into the spelling 'Taig' as more and more events were documented. His daughter or my 2nd Grandmother was Catherine Taig, I have the proof of this from birth certificates and it proves that Tag is the same as Taig, as least in the Bonhill area.
