Franklin P. Lynch, 77, of Bedford, died July 10, 2002, at the Elliot Hospital after a period of declining health.
He was born in North Walpole on July 19, 1924, the son of Frank and Emma C. (Tansley) Lynch.He attended grammar school in North Walpole and graduated from high school in Bellows Falls, Vt.He was a 1947 graduate of St. Anselm College,H was a member of the Golden Anselmians. He enjoyed reading and fishing.
Until his retirement, he had been employed as a bond manager for Maryland Casualty.
Mr. Lynch was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Seton Church, Bedford.
He was predeceased by a son, Thomas Lynch, in 1986.
Family members incldue his wife of 53 years, Lorraine (Pratt) Lynch of Bedford, a son, John Lynch of Bedford; four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; three nephews and a niece.
A funeral service was held July 13 in McHugh Funeral Home in Manchester.Burial followed in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bedford.
