thomas tarver st. george parish, ga by 1769
would like to discuss information related to Thomas Tarver who received the 100 acre land grant in St. George Parish, Ga. in 1770/1771--north side of Brier Creek (St, George parish, Ga. became Burke county, Ga. 1777)....Trying to place this Thomas with the Tarvers of Winton, Orangeburgh district/Barnwell district S.C.(Thomas, John, West, and Benjamin on Barnwell county, sc 1800 census)...Also, would like to discuss any theories as to how the Barnwell Tarvers trace back to the early Northampton county,NC Tarver families.....Have been at this for a long time and would like to verify the parents of John Tarver and Thomas Tarver shown on that 1800 Barnwell county, sc .....I have various theories about the early Tarver families residing in Surry county, Va. early and then to Northampton county and Warren county, NC and then on into SC and most other southern states.Would like to find someone who has researched the Tarver family in great detail as I have and share thoughts and theories. Thanks.
