Yes, some of the Craigo's did change their name to Craig.
The name may have been Cragow, then Crago, then Craigo, and then Craig.Apparently record keepers couldn't spell, or hear, or understand, or possibly some of the Crago's/Craigo's could not read or write and didn't know the difference.
