Estella Ellen Thaxton born 1906 in WV

I am just starting on my family tree so I am certainly a newbie. Any help that anyone could give me would be greatly appreciated. I am looking for information on Estella Ellen Thaxton born 1906 and died 1978.She was married to Albert Stover Holmes born 1902, died 1984.They had 11 children: Elizabeth Jean born 1938, Edith, Ronald, Elwood born 1933, James 1927, Kenneth, Lennis (Buddy), Mary, Clifford, Lawrence, and there was one more.
