THOMAS/BERRY/BEVERLY/REW, eastern NC

THOMAS/BERRY/BEVERLY(LEY)/REW are names that are in my father's mother's line; however, I am totally unable to shake loose any information on any kinship any further back than Richard Beverly Berry, who married a Marjorie McMain in 1831.They had two sons: Richard Thomas Berry (m. Mary Frances White)and James Berry (m. a Rew).All of the Berrys that I know of in Craven County and New Bern NC (except one who is disinterested in helping with the search) are dead.Can anyone out there help me uncover any strong lead from these names?Thanks for your help.Florence Fulford Moore
