John Owens and Delores Tierney

I am trying to trace the family of Louis (Lewis) Corper
b. Nov 1849 in Belgium. He married Annie West abt 1868. They emigrated in 1886 and settled in Philadelphia.The 1900 Philadelphia census has the family of Lewis & Annie, their children John (1876 Eng), Ernest (1885 Eng); Raymond (1892 PA) and her father John West (1818 Eng).

A descendaent of Louis Corper (Joan) married a John Owens
who was the son of John Owens and Delores Tierney. They lived in Philadelphia.Any information on this family would be greatly appreciated.
