I am hoping these messages will catch the eyes of other T. descendants or people who can help us fill in these gaps: as you say, "how many Lydia Tillinghasts could there have been in 1718 for Sam to have married? Since our Pardon and Lydia were the Patriarchs of ALL the TillinghasTs here, how many sons of Pardon had daughters named Lydia?"That question came up to me as I reveiwed my information this time around; it is frustrating to me these days to not live near any research libraries to dig for answers -swo hopefully someone can help us..... at this point in time, anything might help - even finding/ eliminating all those Lydias we do not know about.
