I am so glad to find a Tippen family Forum. I need help on this line.
My great grandmother was Alice Tippen who married George W. House, they lived in Conecuh county. My grandmother, Rosa Mary House was born in Burnt Corn, Alabama.
The parents of Alice Tippen were Phillip Henry Mason Tippen andRosa Moore.
I think Phillip came here from Lousiana. Some of the Tippen Family is buried a bushy creek inthe area of Conecuh county, but don't ask me where that is.
Maybe someone in that area can let us know.
