I was married to a Rogelio Tomasino, Cuban of Italian father, I have two sons by him, Roger and Frank.Unfortunately I do not know anything about his background but since your grandfather settled in Tampa and there has always been a very large community of Cubans in Tampa, there is a very strong possibility that there might be a link between the Cuban Tomasino's (there were only a handfull of them) and your relatives.
