Samuel Alexander Hubble and his first wife, Amy Matilda Harp are found on censuses in Logan County, Arkansas. Both were born in Arkansas, Samuel in 1852, Matilda in 1854. Matilda died at Chismville, Arkansas, Oct. 25, 1892, after giving birth to twins.

The parents of Amy Matilda Harp were William Jordan (spelling varies) Harp and Anthena Tomlinson.

The parents of Samuel Alexander were Ebenezer Hubble and Elizabeth ?

Samuel Alexander Hubble and Amy Matilda Harp had these children: Anemal, Anthena, Martha Jane, William Jorden, Bunavista (might be Buenavista), Francis Ebenezer, James, Serena, Christina.
