James Percy Tomlinson b. in Yorkshire, England

I am looking for any information on the parents of James Percy Tomlinson who was born in Yorkshire, England 17 April 1811 and married Esther Walker 1830 in Yorkshire England. He came to the United States about 1839 and died in Madison County, Illinois in 1881.
