Tomlinsons in Illinois 1870's

Hello,
I am looking for any information on a Charles Tomlinson in Illinois around the 1860 or 1870, His Daughter Myrtie Lynette Tomlinson was born in Bureau County Ill in 1870 and her sister Clara in 1866 any info would be greatly appreciated. According to my GGrandmothers (Myrtie) SS application her mothers name was Marie ann Van Winkle.
