Re: TOMLINSONS in OK and TX

My ancestor, Leonard Tomlinson, was born in GA ca 1807.I am all but certain that his father was (one of many) John Tomlinson.I know very little about this particular John except that he married his cousin, Margaret A. Tomlinson. John was the executor of Margaret A.'s mother's will -- Margaret's mother was Anna Tomlinson of MS.John and Margaret were in MS for a while before the entire family migrated to TX.I am uncertain as to whether Margaret was Leonard's mother or his stepmother.In any event, John was in his mid-60s at the time he, Margaret, and Leonard migrated to TX.
