The Tomkins-Tompkins Genealogy (1942) by Robert A. Tompkins lists two Percys:

Percy, son of Charles H. Tompkins and Hester Cooper, of Beacon, NY, no marriage or children listed.

Percy Freeman, son of Frederick Jay Tompkins and Zula Smith of Yonkers, NY, b. Mar 10 1901 m. Dorothy Susan Cullen, no children listed.
