Fred Tompkins (Lived in St. Paul, MN 1915)

I am trying to find information on my Grandfather Robert R.Tompkins (married Sarah Cambellin 1907 in Allen County, IN).I have found information stating that his brother, Fred, lived in St. Paul, MN. As a matter of fact my father was born in St. Paul in 1915. Grandfather moved there to be closer to his brother. Unfortunately we have nothing on the Tompkins side of my family. Grandpa was not raised by his parents neither was his sister, Maude.Maude married George Federspiel. I am hopefully that Fred may be an older brother and have information on their parents. I have learned recently that the records on their parents were destroyed in a fire.
