Martha TOMPKINS 1803 Quebec,Canada to IL

I am looking for parents of Martha TOMPKINS born 4-6-1803 in Quebec, Canada. Oral History says she was Canadian Indian, possibly from the Turtle Tribe. She married a George C. Rouse, born 1798 in NY. I have no further info re: George Rouse. They had 7 children, Martha Luzena, Thomas Jefferson, Stephen, Skyler, Tom, Sarrah E., and Mary. Martha TOMPKINS died March 11, 1845 in Brown Co., IL.
