Father and mother moved to El Paso TX in the 1980's. Father- Jose Luis Tovar from the tlahualilo, durango area in MX. His mother Josefina Garcia lives in the san diego CA area. No details on his father. Mother- Tomasa Herrera from the Rincon de romos, aguascalientes MX. Her mother Maria Zamora, Her Father Aurelio Herrera.
