searching for birth cerificate for Julia Tovar

Hi, my name is Wendi Quiroz and I am married to a Tovar decendant. this relationship is through my mother- in -law. Her mother Julia Tovar was born in 1915 according to her baptismal record. She was the daughter on Magdaleno Tovar and Antonis Lares Tovar. She was babtised in the Roman Catholic Church in Hedwig Texas but I don't know if that is where she was born. I don't if she had siblings. I know that she was married at around fifteen and moved to Mexico. My mother- in -law moved back here with her family in the early 1980's and we are now trying to establish their birth right cictzenship. Any help tracking down their ancestery and documentaion would be greatly appreciated. My mother- in -laws mother died when she was only thirteen and although she has a few siblings she tries to keep in touch with I' m sure that she would love to know more about her aunts uncles and cousins.
