Did you search Quaker Records? The Trego's were Quakers in that era and he likely was Quaker at least early on--my line was until a generation or 2 later --if he were put out of Quakerism they made records of it --marrying out of unity and marching in the military manner were 2 I saw regularly --Quakers made lite of burials and it was inappropriate to have headstones so few are about --your Benjamin Sr is brother to Joseph my ancestor --Joseph is buried on the family farm along with his son Absalom --but I cannot find Benjamins father William's burial spot or Peter --William attended Goshen MM and Peter Providence MM so they are likely there but in 35 yrs I havent found record --or seen anything at the cemetery itself --very few stones --my guess is Benjamin died young --is there a will?the family at the reunios makes me guess he is dead as opposed to other things
