Leonard Trover first appears in Cumberland Co., PA on the 1785 Tax List p. 688. He owns no land or horses but has one cow. By 1790 there is a Lodwick Trover listed in Cumberland Co., PA p. 39 with one male over age 16 one male under 16 and one female. In the 1800 Census p. 152 N. Sewickley Twp. Beaver Co., PA there is a Leonard Trover age 26-45, with 1 female age 26-45, 1 female age 10-16 and 4 females under 10. Also, there is a George Trover age 16-26 with 1 female age 26-45 and 1 male under 10 on p. 712. By 1803 George Trover is found in Beaver Twp, Beaver Co., PA and Leonard Traver(sic) is listed in Sewickley Twp Beaver Co., PA, in The History of Beaver Co., PA. On the website for Beaver Co., PA Leonard's last name is spelled Trover on the 1803 Tax List for North Sewickley Twp, Beaver Co., PA. By 1810 Leonard Trover age 26-45 with 2 females age 26-45, 1 male over 45, 3 females age 16-26, 1 female age 10-16, 1 male age 10-16 and 3 males age 0-10 can be found in Campbell Co., KY Census on p. 32. By 1820 Leonard Trover age over 45 with one female age over 45 and one male under ten age are foiuind in Martin Co., Indiana where they moved from Campbell Co., Ky in 1818.
