I have been searching for information about William Troy. This is not my William (There is a picture - and my William is not from Boston.)This is a copy of a list of Medal of Honor Awards to Members of the U.S. Navy that I located at www.HomeOfHeroes.com.When I checked this website before making this posting, I couldn't find the exact reference again, but they have a lot of information.
Hope this is helpful to someone out there.
