Patrick Tulley/Tully married Ann Farley, both from Co. Meath Ireland
They immigrated to the United States, settled in New York, possibly Waterstown.
I have located a 1850 Fed Census from there listing Patk Tully, Ann Tully and Mary. Their ages listed as 40, 30, and 5. What I do know is the family moved to Illinois about the 1850's (so goes the story) and I do know that my great grand mother, Mary was born December 1846 which would have made her 5 at the time the census was taken. (she married George Edward Yore, son of Michael and Roseanne Farley Yore).
Ann Farley Tulley and Patrick are buried in Wesr Lake Forest, Illinois in a Cemetery set up by my other set of great great grandparents, Michael and Roseanna Farley Yore.
Patrick and Ann's tombstones say they were born in 1775 and 1776, I have not been able to verify this, nor do I believe these birthdates to be correct. One reason is because Patrick Tulley died in 1880 and Ann was still alive, as she was named co-executor/administrator of his estate with Michael Yore.I possess a copy of the probate record.
Listed in the record are the names of the children: ...the evidence heard in open court that Ann Tully is the widow of said deceased and that Mary Yore, Lawrence Tully, Ann Brown, Edward Tully, John Tully and James Tully are the only children and heirs at law of said deceased.Further in the probate record it says: Nov 5/87
