I do not know if this might be relevant to your search for Esther but I discovered the following marriage in the Ousden, Suffolk parish register:

Thomas TURNER, widower to Esther DEEKS, widow on 8 Nov 1680.They were both mentioned "of the parish".

The obvious question is did Esther carry on as a family name.I have been through the Ousden film and did not see any children at all for this couple. Perhaps they were elderly when married or they moved elswhere.
