I have Abigail Ufford (1620-1658) as the eldest of four children of Isabel Camp OR Bryan and Thomas Ufford
1.Abigail (1620)
2.Isobel (1624)
3.Thomas (abt 1826)
4.John (abt 1830)
In a footenote on my records it says that Thomas Ufford, along with his first wife, two sons and a daughter arrived in Boston on 16 Sep 1632 after crossing aboard the Lion.
It is interesting that my source says Abigail was born in Milford, New Haven , Con. in 1620 where her younger sister Isobel is listed as having been born in England four years later. (I think some updating is in order)
Thomas's other wife was named Elizabeth, but I have no dates, places, or children from this marriage.
My theory is that Isabel Camp Or Bryan was the first wife since he had three children upon arrival, and that the daughter Isobel died before leaving England or while making the crossing.
You Have Elizabeth Camp Bryan. Do you know where the name Camp comes in? According message #5 She was the daughter of Thomas Bryan 1579 In Suffolk.
