I guess you have this already. See below. Do you have any info on the Coon family with Unsels? There is an Unsel with COON family relatives.She lives in MO but I am searching for my Baltus Unsel in NYS and found an Uncel COON living in upstate NY near my UNSELs and also an Unsel NORTON in that area. Any connection?

I, John NUTTER of Harrison County and State of Virginia, do
hereby make this my Last Will and Testament in
manner and form following, that is to say, first of all I desire
that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid.
2dly: After the payment of my debts and funeral expenses, I
give to my wife, Esther Nutter, the plantation I now live
on together with all my perishable, personal estate for and
during the term of her natural life, and after her decease I
give the same to my children, herein after mentioned to be
enjoyed by them forever.
3rdly: I give to my son Christopher Nutter, three hundred and
fifty acres of my four hundred acre tract of land laying
on Coon Crick of the lower end of that survey, only what he
the said Christopher, has paid me for, that land shall
stand food to my estate, but the land I give to him and his heirs
4thly: I give to Sarah Glaspy (Gillespie) my daughter, one
hundred acres of land, ?, across the tract of land I now live
on, at the upper end joining John Webb, to her and her heirs
5thly: At the deceased of my wife, Esther Nutter, I give to my
son, John Nutter, the remaining part of the tract of
land I now live on together with all my removable
estate....other ways diverted to him and his heirs forever, only
he, the said John Nutter shall pay ten pounds to Esther Unsel
when she comes of age.
6thly: I give to Esther Unsel, an orphan girl that now lives with
me the remaining fifty acres of the four hundred acres
or tract on Coon Crick, and at the death of my wife, I give to
the said Esther Unsel my wife's bedding, together with
her wearing clothes to her and her heirs forever, and
Lastly: I do hereby constitute and appoint my friend,
Benjamin Webb, Executor of this my Last Will and Testament
hereby revoking all other or former Wills or Testaments by me
heretofore made. In witness whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and affixed my Seal this twenty-eighth day of
April, in the year of our Lord, One Thousand Eight
Hundred and Eight, for the last Will and Testament.
